The Mission serves up Chef Matt Carter’s modern take on the authentic, ingredient-driven Latin American recipes from Spain, Mexico, Central, and South America. Every dish is crafted with care, featuring homemade tortillas, sauces, and salsas made fresh daily. Meats are expertly prepared on a Plancha or grill using pecan and mesquite wood, creating bold, smoky flavors. To complement the cuisine, The Mission serves handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, and an impressive agave list showcasing spirits from around the world, delivering a rich and memorable dining experience.
