The Chocolatiers Series

The Chocolatiers Series® launches January 30 and runs through February 27 across Salt & Straw shops nationwide. This February, chocolate takes center scoop as we partner with some of our favorite chocolatiers and bean-to-bar makers from across the country to create five scoopable chocolate-forward flavors. Each flavor is a love letter to these makers’ unique approach to their craft, and to everyone whose love language is chocolate.

• Chocolate Toasted Buttermilk Torte (inspired by Cloudforest)
• Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake (with Stick With Me)
• Cocoa Nib Root Beer Float (v) (with Dandelion Chocolate)
