Apple Cider Season has arrived, and our September menu is a full-on tribute to the drink that makes fall feel official. Across five cinnamon-spice-and-everything-apple flavors, we’re churning cider into sorbet, baking it into donuts, infusing it into spiked custards, and more.
Apple Cider Donuts - Royal icing ice cream with chunks of apple cider donuts and ribbons of cinnamon-vanilla caramel.
Apple & Cheddar Cinnamon Rolls - Back by popular demand: apple pie–stuffed cinnamon roll bites folded into sharp white cheddar ice cream with an ooey-gooey cinnamon swirl.
Vanilla Apple Custard Tart -Housemade vanilla-apple tart pieces folded into apple cider–spiked vanilla custard.
Caramel Apple Sherbet -A crisp apple sherbet with vanilla-infused caramel ribbons.
Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet (v) - A dairy-free sorbet made with dry-hopped apple cider, inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s apple and hop harvests.
